Before purchasing a product, please review the description and the rules of the Datamoll.org Service.

By purchasing a product, the buyer agrees that they have fully reviewed the terms and rules and undertake to comply with them.

Before making a purchase on the service, please carefully read the rules and the description of the product you intend to buy.

The product warranty is valid for 1 hour from the moment of purchase, provided that the product description does not contain information about an individual warranty from the seller.

The service automatically delivers the product to the buyer immediately after the purchase is completed, except for certain products with a specified delivery time.

Immediately after payment, a page containing your product details will open: login, password, key code, etc.

You will also receive all purchase information by email if you provide it during checkout.

Be sure to save the invoice number, login, and password for the account.

Product Usage Rules

  • Follow the product usage rules specified in the product description.
  • If no rules are provided, then for social media and email service accounts it is necessary to:
    • Use IPv4 (private, mobile, residential) and one new device per account.
    • Follow the individual rules specified in the product description.
    • It is prohibited to authorize more than one account with one proxy and one device.

Prohibited to Use

  • Proxies: IPv6, shared, public, and other unsafe types.
  • Servers: VPS, VDS.
  • TOR browser, VPN services, emulators, and virtual machines.
  • Your original (home/local) IP when working with problematic products.

It Is Prohibited to Share Product Data with Third Parties

After purchase, change all available passwords whenever possible. In case of problems during the warranty period, contact the service administration as early as possible.

You can submit a request through the contacts section or your personal account.

Payment for the Product by the Buyer

  • The buyer is obliged to carefully transfer funds to the payment details specified during checkout.
  • If a specific payment system is selected, the transfer must be made именно from it.
  • If the product has been paid for but not received, prepare the order number and a payment screenshot (imgur/prnt.sc).

Refund Policy

  • A refund is possible to the account balance or to the payment details from which the payment was made.
  • Compensation is provided by replacement with a corresponding product, or by refund if no replacement is available.
  • Compensation is possible only if the warranty period is still valid and the usage rules have been followed.
  • Compensation is not possible if the product was blocked after use or if the terms of use were violated.

Form for Contacting the Service Administration

  • ID of the purchased product.
  • Detailed description of the problem.
  • Screenshot and, if necessary, a video of the problem.
  • Unedited video from the moment of purchase until the problem occurred.
  • If there is a disputed situation, the administration will review the request within the framework of the service rules.

Fraud, insults, uninformative complaints, and spam are strictly prohibited on the service

Any disputed matters that are not specified in the service rules are resolved by the administration at its own discretion.

The service administration adequately accepts reasoned criticism and ideas for improvement.
